Buildings that stay open while we reroof them

Our customers own or manage occupied commercial and multifamily buildings. Each building type has its own roof problems and its own rules for working above people.

Apartment buildings, 4+ units

What we usually find

Ponding at interior drains, failed flashings at rooftop condensers and leaks into top-floor units.

How we schedule the work

Tenant notices 72 hours before work, no crane lifts during move-in days, and each night's section dried in before residents return.

Offices and retail centers

What we usually find

Multiple roof sections of different ages, tenant RTUs added over the years and parapet wall flashing failures.

How we schedule the work

Work phased by tenant space, debris removal before store hours, and a single quote that separates landlord and tenant scope.

Clinics and medical offices

What we usually find

Leaks over exam rooms and imaging areas, plus odors from adhesives reaching air intakes.

How we schedule the work

Mechanically attached or low-odor adhered systems near intakes, coordination with the facility on RTU shutdown windows.

Churches and schools

What we usually find

Large flat areas over gyms and fellowship halls, often with older EPDM and limited capital budgets.

How we schedule the work

Survey-based phasing over two or three seasons, school work scheduled for June through August, weekend services left clear.

Light-industrial and warehouse

What we usually find

Wide spans, loading-dock roofs, skylights and forklift-damaged downspouts.

How we schedule the work

Recover where the roof is dry, skylight safety screens during work, and night crane picks when yards are busy.

Phased by roof section, shared with your tenants

Before mobilization you get a section schedule showing which part of the roof is open each day, where the crane and dumpster sit, and which tenants are affected. It is updated weekly and sent to the contacts you name.
